There's no way to get a car inside, so people would have to park in a lot somewhere and haul their groceries and packages a distance. And who is responsible for maintaining the grass between the circles?

Setting the community up in a grid pattern with hedges between the homes would accomplish the same goal of giving each house its own space and be more practical.—  https://x.com/fem_mb/status/2076416891195899908
